"Refrigerator didn’t work. Ice machine on floor never had ice. "

"It’s a great spot, however I’m concerned if they don’t have maintenance people to keep it nice by improving it regularly it will degrade soon. We loved our stay but it seems on the verge of not being cared for. Bed, room and breakfast area were enjoyable and it was quiet. "

"Overall, it was was a good stay. My room by the pool was nice. It is obviously an older facility that has been redone. You had to go down a lot of stairs to get to my room and there was a step down to my patio and up to my room. I parked in the front of the hotel and went through the Lobby to get to my room. Easy to miss in the dark and if you are not expecting a step. The noise from pool was not bothersome and stopped around 10:00pm. The food was very good, although, service in the restaurant was extremely slow. It was not the wait staff. The delay came from the kitchen. In my opinion, it is because they were too busy doing orders from the pool and room service. There should only be bar service at the pool if there is not a small kitchen or grill poolside. Overall, a nice stay and I would go back."

"Room was large and lovely. Grounds are so beautifully landscaped with mature plants and cacti. Loved all the colorful pottery and flowers. Pools were fantastic - 10 Feet deep and lots of shade umbrellas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit - I’ll be back for a third!"

"Blood splatter on the shears. Moldy shower. Empty shampoo dispenser. When I cleaned up water off the floor my towel was black after. The person that checked us in and the young man working the breakfast area were super friendly. Breakfast was actually decent and area kept clean and stocked. Do not recommend!"
