All you need
It was a very clean, nice property that is close to the square. The only warning is the property is hard to find. They need to put a sign or something to locate the road that takes you to the back drive. But, the communication was excellent and helped me find it, even at a late hour when I arrived. Would recommend highly and would stay again, just make sure you ask exactly how to get there!

Wonderful Stay at The Honey Hive
This was by far the newest property we have stayed. Enjoyed the closeness to DT Bentonville. Convenient parking and entry. Bright and clean space inside. Loved how private it was even though owners were next door. Lots of positive reasons to come back. Only negatives were mattress was caved in the middle and refrigerator made weird noises. However, it was a great two days. Those things didn’t stop us from enjoying the Honey Hive!

Charming and comfortable
My only complaint would be having tasks to complete such as stripping the bed, turning on dishwasher. If there is a cleaning fee( which there is) this seems unnecessary. We own a condo in Gulf Shores and we never ask our guests to clean since we have a cleaning fee. Other than that we loved it!

Great location, comfortable property.
This property is such a great place to stay in Bentonville. Close to downtown, great parks and trails. Spacious, comfortable, clean, modern! If you're biking and can't keep bikes in/on your vehicle, the second story access may not be ideal. But, this is no fault of the owners and does not detract from an excellent property!

Lovely long weekend in Bentonville
We had a lovely stay in Bentonville! The property was cozy and thoughtful. Plus, it was a short walk from both Crystal Bridges and downtown Benontivlle. We'd definitely stay here again!

Would prefer that property description include the disclaimer that suite is on 2nd floor, requiring older, less firm guests to climb stairs with luggage: precluding ease of use by some if disabled.

Photos were accurate - it’s very bright, new, comfortable. Very nice. Great location- close to trails, museums and downtown. Plenty of space for two people. Laundry right in unit was very handy. Would be perfect if they added locked bike storage shed along fence/stairs. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
My husband and I vacationed here for a short weekend getaway. The Honey Hive was perfect for us; close enough to walk everywhere and comfy when we just wanted to relax at “home.” Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking to explore Bentonville (which there is so much to do!). Great great stay!!

Beautiful and Walking Distance to Square - Noisy
This guest apartment is exactly what you'd want for your own guests and was a great place to stay. Easily walked to the square for dinner and farmer's market. There's a LOT of construction going on just now around it, and that's noisy, not to mention the catcalls I got. If that's completed by the time you're there, this place will be near perfect. One other thing to know, despite paying a solid cleaning fee, you'll be asked to load and start the dishwasher, strip the bed and towels and bring them to the laundry room as well as take out the trash. I thought that was a big ask after a cleaning fee and especially by the 10am check out time.

Great Place for Bville!!
Took a quick weekend trip to Bentonville for some museums, trails, and food. This property was a great location for all of these things. Very close and easy to get to downtown. The property was very clean upon arrival. We had zero issues the entire weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Honey Hive is a great little studio apartment above the owner's garage. It was nice and clean and was close to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. Perfect little place for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here while celebrating our anniversary. It was even more beautiful inside then what pictures showed but the listing was a little misleading. You are not staying in the house that the picture advertises for. You are staying the the mini house above their garage. We still enjoyed our trip and I would stay there again. We were within walking distance from the trails, museum and downtown. It is not hard to find parking spots though so it’s not needed to walk everywhere unless you want to. It was our first time to visit Bentonville. There was a lot to do there. There are a lot of great unique restaurants and stores. The trails and northern lights are a must.

Honey Hive ~ A Perfect Loft
The Honey Hive loft is located near Bentonville downtown in a nice neighborhood. It is a perfect getaway location that offers everything you need for a comfortable stay after a long day of biking, hiking, shopping or just taking in the sights of Bentonville. The HH was clean, comfortable and our guest host/contact was quick to reply to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay in B-ville. Started out first by zooming by the property as Google Maps took us to the neighbors...but after a quick call to owner, we turned around and parked. I must say our first impression from the outside were confusion, as we thought we had the whole house and the one in the first picture of the listing, which isn't the case. So if you rent, just know you are in the unit above the garage. While the picture is a little misleading, it didn't bother us that much as once we got inside the unit...it was perfect for us (family of 4). Just the right amount of space. One note is the pull out couch may need some extra cushioning so you may want to bring your own support as the kids complained about the metal springs poking their backs. Great location and easy to bike to measum, bike trails and downtown. Super clean and ideal for a long weekend. PS...while I did reread the posting description I clearly overlooked that this was a unit above the garage. I do think it would be more appropriate the change the first image to something other than the front of the house as that is not something a renter can enjoy. P.S.S - Overall...great experience in B-Ville...we will be back.
