Summary:
Perfect for business travelers, bikers, and people wanting to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Great location for Crystal Bridges, 8th St market & the Momentary. Short driving distance to Walmart HQ. Our place is close to nightlife, Downtown Bentonville, & family activities. You’ll love our place because of the views, location, & outdoors space. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The culinary experience downtown is amazing. Come stay in our wonderful home.
The Space:
Our 3 bed 2 bath home has been fully remodeled and comes with many things to enjoy while staying with us. The house has USB outlets throughout, air purification system, bike bench in the garage, tankless hot water heater, propane grill, designated workspace, all-inclusive microwave with air fryer and convection oven, drip coffee maker and Keurig. The master has a king bed, bedroom 2 has 2 double beds, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is also a queen air mattress available if needed.
There is 1 Nest camera at the top corner of the garage that records the front yard, driveway, and front door.
Guest Access:
You will be able to access the entire house and yard except 1 locked closet.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is close to downtown Bentonville and all NWA has to offer. We are 7.6 miles from the Walmart AMP, 2 miles to Crystal Bridges, 1.3 miles to Walmart Home Offices, 1.4 miles to Heroes Coffee, .9 miles to the Bentonville Square, 1.2 miles to The Hub, 2.1 miles to 8th St Market, and so much more.
Getting Around:
Walk, bike, Uber, drive.

I am always available to give local tips, good eats, and make your stay a memorable experience you can always look back on.

Simply delightful!
This house was perfect for our little getaway! It has been remodeled with a lot of thought and was very clean and spacious. There was even a gift inside the refrigerator…a little charcuterie board! Thank you!

This adorable house was perfect for our family. It’s beautifully remodeled & very spacious. Even the bedrooms had more than enough space. The house was very clean. I could tell the owners take pride & care with this property. We came down to ride the bike trails. The house is a short mile/mile & a half to the downtown square. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a bit of a hiccup after checking in which was our fault but the owners responded quickly to help us out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals. I would recommend staying here & plan to book our next stay here. Definitely check out the farmers market on Saturday mornings. I would also recommend an after biking margarita at The Hub.

Great, quiet and clean location for my son and his friends to MTB at Coler and Slaughter Pen. 2 blocks off of Black Apple Creek trailhead and very close to downtown. Great garage to store bikes and two bathrooms. Listing is as stated. Well stocked kitchen equipment and bathroom amenities. Hopefully, it’s available next time we come back!

Spring Break Bike Trip
We loved this home! Great location to safely bike to several mountain bike trails and town! Convenient to all Bentonville has to offer. This home has everything you need. Garage is a bonus for bikes and car! Would stay here again on a future trip.

Girls’ Wknd in Bentonville
I think this is a new VRBO listing. We did enjoy our stay - everything was as advertised. I would recommend the owner provide a ‘book’ of helpful tips/instructions. We struggled with the coffee maker and the thermostat required a PIN that was not provided. But overall it was great - excellent location; very clean; etc.

What a location!
There were several things we came to Bentonville for: the James Turrell Skyspace, the Crystal Bridges museum and the mountain biking. This house, while situated on a quiet street, was centrally located and all of these things were easily accessible (via car/hike/bike). We also loved the proximity to the downtown area and many gluten-free restaurants and bakeries (we have celiac and eating on vacation can prove difficult sometimes).
The house was so thoughtfully done. It was very comfortable and well equipped; You could tell somebody put a lot of love into it! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. We can't wait to come back❤️

Weekend getaway
My husband and I had a great stay here over the weekend! Everything was very clean and getting in and out was a breeze with the automatic door code provided. Would definitely book again if we ever come back to Bentonville!
