「Very disappointing experience. The hotel was under renovation, and as someone with a fractured foot using crutches and a wheelchair, I was forced to take long detours and climb multiple stairs. The accessibility issues were not clearly communicated before my stay. I documented everything with photos and screenshots and am still awaiting a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel to guests with mobility limitations.」
