"Hate to leave a good review, might not be able to rent it again when I can back here. But since the hosts were outstanding I will. A lot larger inside than expected. Very home feel with a great view. Needed a couple of nights away and this was just the place. Close enough to town (awesome place to eat -Country Inn) yet far enough away to relax under a dark star filled sky. Do yourself a favor and enjoy almost heaven spot!"

"The cabin was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view. The only downside was that the towns nearby were sleepers, with nothing to do and terrible restaurants, our biggest entertainment was going to the Farm Store to see baby chickens. The Inn in Berkeley was higher priced,and the food was awful. We ended up at the Food Lion, getting groceries and cooking our own meals. "

"The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals there and were very pleased with the size of the kitchen and found it to be well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was very comfortable, inside and out. Lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy a campfire, fish, and use the spacious hot tub. Would stay again!"

The property was private (except for the huge family of deer that like to visit in early evening) and the the cabin was clean, cozy, and had all the basics we needed. "We really enjoyed Whiskey Acres! The host left us an adorable welcome basket- even included the pup. The home is private, you can only see one other residence and there is a little creek that the pup loved romping in. The outdoor activities were a blast. Note for folks looking to book the home, there is one bathroom which is only accessible through the large bedroom. This could be awkward for some. "
