「This is the second time we stayed at this rental and we chose to stay here again because it is a great location and within easy walking distance to the boardwalk. I parked my car and didn’t need to drive again until the morning that we left. So convenient. Great cozy 3rd floor apartment is comfortable and roomy enough for the 3 of us. Air conditioning works well, beds are comfortable and decor is nice. Thanks again!」

「I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean.
On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

「The view was spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. The place was very clean and spacious. It was very peaceful and serene. Owners responded immediately to any questions. Check in was seamless. All linens provided, so no need to pack extra. Bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.」
