Very friendly. The rooms were big. Bathrooms very small. There were several issues with our room. We had to move from one room to another due to water leaks. The staff were helpful but we decided to leave on the third day of our seven day reservation. We knew we would lose but it wasn’t what we expected.

It’s ok, it has air conditioning, clean sheets and clean towels. The room is big. You can’t get extra of nothing without giving a huge explanation. It does have WiFi but it’s a little slow. You have option to have breakfast brought to your room or go to the restaurant. Breakfast quality good but put in plastic everything. Very basic quality of furniture. It had big beds which I loved and beds comfortable. Not enough pillows or towels. The bathrooms smell like wet feet might be the smelly rugs, the water draining in shower slow- I wish the bathrooms have countertops to put your things. I did love that you have the option for hot water. I will say I was shock in the service, we were told over the phone we could check in early but when I arrived they said we had to go and sit for 3 hours, we had to call again several times, I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t give us an empty room as most of the rooms were empty, the ladies came across very rude and were not friendly, I won’t stay there again. Additionally, the rooms look half updated but with cheaply material and you can see the gaps in the door from the light. Entrance to the hotel with traffic is difficult but very close to the Central Park

The hotel is very nice. They are undergoing renovation so it was a bit noisy. But mainly, the hotel is on such a busy street and while the noise stopped by 10 p.m. it started up at a little after 5 a.m. There was no way to sleep after that. The room was nice - very large and the bed super comfy. The bathroom was tiny.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este hotel: muy limpio, muchos servicios, habitaciones muy amplias. Lo única observación es que está ubicado en una zona de mucho ruido, lo que dificulta el descanso por la noche, pero por lo demás, todo estuvo excelente.
