Super logement bien situé et propre. Très bon contact avec les gérants. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en arrivant le premier jour avant le check-in et également en partant le dernier jour après le check-in pour pouvoir nous promener librement ce qui était très appréciable. Un grand merci.

Great location and space, no heat though

The apartment was clean and spacious, great location to use public transport to get around the city.Heat wasn't working when we stayed, host did bring up a space heater and extra blankets. Hot water did work for shower/sinks but the hot water for radiators wasn't there, assuming a central boiler which if broken might be out of the hosts control.Emailed host before arrival a few times, didn't get self check-in instructions until 1 hour prior to check-in. If check-in instructions weren't sent until time of check-in that's fine, but not getting any reply back to communication made us nervous. Self check-in instructions were very good and easy to follow.

Lovely & central

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights in Berlin staying at studio 7. Loft had everything we needed and is centrally located in the beautiful suburb of Kreuzberg. Lots of bars, cafes and public transport to get you anywhere you need.

Langes Wochenende in Berlin

Die Unterkunft ist eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in einer belebten Berliner Gegend. Das Drumherum im Viertel ist etwas schäbig aber auch charmant, und das Haus und die Wohnung sind insgesamt sauber und ruhig. Ein paar Haare hat die Putzkolonne übersehen und es fehlt Besteck, aber sonst ist die Ausstattung und Einrichtung in Ordnung. Die Lage ist zentral genug für Ausflüge, besonders Dank der Nähe zum ÖPNV , und im direkten Umkreis gibt es viele Restaurant. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Kreuzberg cultural immersion

The area of the city and the loft are a bit funkier than we expected. We arrived on a Sunday evening and were shocked at the litter in the neighbourhood, but Monday morning the street sweepers were busy cleaning it up. We felt fully immersed in the local culture. There are quite a few homeless people and drug addicts about a block away, but they seemed to stay where they were. The apartment was quite spacious and well equipped, with a pleasant historical ambiance, and would have been fine if it had been cleaner. Also we had a problem with the plug in the bathroom sink which wasn't addressed despite our two phone messages and a text. Proximity to food and transportation are excellent, and overall it was quite economical.

Tolle ruhige und zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben uns die 5 Tage in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Einrichtungsstil. Super ruhig, schöner Ausblick in den grünen Innenhof. Liegt im 1ten Stock unterm Dach. Alles vorhanden. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Gute Lage. Tolles Essen im Quartier. Bisschen staubig und die Kissen waren für uns leider nicht ideal. Und die Matratze im Doppelbett ist schon bisschen durchgelegen. Jedoch wäre das für uns definitiv kein Grund die Wohnung beim nächsten Besuch nicht wieder zu buchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage

Sehr nettes Studio in toller Lage. Jetzt im August auch angenehm kühl. Schöne Bars und Cafés drum herum. Leider war nicht ganz ordentlich gesaugt und geputzt. Die Wohnung sah aber nicht so aus, als wäre das immer so.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, da sie im Seitenflügel liegt, trotz des Lebens auf der Straße sehr ruhig. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche war Luft nach oben!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Gemütliches Appartement mit persönlicher Atmosphäre, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Nur wenige hundert Meter vom U-Bahnhof Kottbuser Tor entfernt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin (vielen Dank, liebe Martina!). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden beim nächsten Berlin-Besuch wieder hier buchen.

Cool pad, cool spot

A very clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. Great location. My only criticisms, no music sound system, and the kitchen knife was blunt. I like to cook while listening to music. Apart from that, you had everything. Thanks for a great stay in Berlin.

Charmantes Appartment in ausgezeichneter Lage

Das Appartment liegt wirklich nur wenige Fußminuten von der U-bahn Haltestelle Kottbusser Tor entfernt, sodass man auch sehr gut mit dem Zug anreisen kann. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Wir konnten jeden Abend etwas neues entdecken. Das Appartment ist individuell eingerichtet, gemütlich und gut beheiz- und belüftbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt auf einem kleinen Hinterhof, sodass es auch vor Lärm von der Straße geschützt ist. Wer sehr Lärm empfindlich und Licht empfindlich ist sollte aber aufpassen: Der Kühlschrank ist recht laut (wir haben ihn nicht gebraucht und einfach ausgesteckt) und es befindet sich ein beleuchtetes Notausgang-Schild im Raum.
