4 Callow Place - Pet Friendly

Centrally located this pet friendly 3 bedroom house with newly refurbished kitchen is only a short walk/drive to Beare's Beach (350m), the Blue Pool (550m) and the centre of town (850m) with its restaurants, cafes & shops and a little further to the Harbour and Fishermen's Wharf (1.4km).

There is a nearby reserve, Spooner Park, (300m away) for children to play and a fully fenced backyard suitable for pets. This property is ideal for families, pet lovers and fishing enthusiasts.

Bedroom Details:

Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe

Bedroom 2 - Tri Bunks (double on the bottom), bedside table, built-in wardrobe

Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds, bedside tables and lamps, small wardrobe

Linen: Not supplied. Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied. You will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, bath & hand towels, bathmat etc. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact office for details.

Bathroom: Bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

Lounge Room: Lounges - 2 seater x 2, coffee table, wood fire place

Kitchen : Upright electric stove, microwave, dishwasher

Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

Dining: Setting for 4, TV, DVD player

Laundry: Top loader washing machine, iron & ironing board, chest freezer

Heating/Cooling: Wood fire place in lounge room, (wood provided and stored in wood shed in backyard) Rinnai gas heater in dining room, fin heater in main bedroom, ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge

Pets Pets welcome - outside only. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Parking: Carport , parking for 2 cars or 1 car and 1 boat

Outdoor: Fenced rear yard with clothesline, gas BBQ, outdoor setting and wood shed

Practical stay

Overall a clean, neat house for guests to stay. I was disappointed that there was no linen supplied or wi-fi available. This meant I had to organise and transport enough linen for 7 people which took up a lot of room in my car. Plus organise making 7 beds on the day before I was getting ready for our big event. Unnecessary time consumer..

we loved our stay in bermigui, the place was ok. A bit of a musty smell and the clothes machine was very old and stopped working during a wash. Butterfield staff were quick to find a solution though.

Very clean and comfortable beds

Nice clean house and comfy beds. Check-in and out times a bit outdated (3pm and 10am) - 10am particularly tricky with the commencement of daylight savings and two young kids. Key pickup and drop off to real estate agent a bit of a bother as well but overall we enjoyed the house and our short stay. Thank you

Perfect Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at this well-situated and quiet property within a short walk to Bermagui's beautiful Blue Pool and resident seals. Loved the homey feel with great kitchen, cosy lounge area and a very comfortable bed. Great place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful Bermagui

Spacious, pet-friendly house located close to the middle of town in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. The booking and check-in (key collection) process was quite "clunky" for the 21st century - but no complaints about the property itself. Two keys would be good as would the provision of tea-towels (sheets and bath towels is understandable - but lack of tea-towels was nuisance).
