This property looks out over the beautiful Bear's Beach. Located in a great central location this large home is within walking distance to the center of town, the blue pool and of course, Bear's Beach!

Great for family or group accommodation to allow all to gather whilst offering some separate space in the downstairs rumpus room. If you can't leave your beloved dog at home, feel free to bring them although they must be left outside in the fully enclosed yard.

Fisherman can be at ease with large amounts of boat parking.

The layout of the home is as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed, 2x bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe and views out over Bear's Beach.

Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed, 2x bedside tables with lamps and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: 1x Queen bed, 2x bedside tables with lamps and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4: 1x Double bed, 2x bedside tables with lamps.

Bedroom 5: Also used as a rumpus room - Perfect for the kids. 2 x Single beds, chest of drawers with lamps, 2 x 3 seater lounges and a large flat screen television.

Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: 6 seater dining table as well as a separate 4 seater table, two spacious and modern lounges, large flat screen television, bar, fully equipped kitchen and all with the gorgeous view of dog friendly Bear's Beach.

Linen - Guests will need to supply their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

Pets are welcome although outside only. Large fenced yard offers plenty of space for your pet to roam around. Limit of ONE dog unless by prior written arrangement. The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if dogs are inside or there are noise complaints.
