Very easy to reach with bus 101 or 107 from Bern with a supermarket just next door. Lovely room, helpful staff and excellent value for money. Don’t really understand the negative reviews as we loved it!

You can book, check in, and check out without ever speaking to another person… if that’s what you like, it’s great! We certainly missed the human contact. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00.

The hotel was clean and tidy rooms are on the smaller size but were manageable! No aircon or cool areas to sit in made it a little unpleasant during some hot temperatures. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful!

It was so comfy and clean and having a kitchen with a grocery store right next door was awesome after travelling in very expensive country was lovely! The checkin process was automatic at a machine at front desk and even tho two live people were in attendance you still had to do the very finicky process on the machine at front and wait for the machine to send the info to the two live people st the front desk! Very impersonal and weird! And only two “welcome free coffee pods” in your room for first day no matter how long you stay. That was odd. However we liked the hotel as it was clean and comfy!!

We had a perfect four-night stay and loved this place! The apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's the ideal size for two people and features a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a microwave, fridge, and great cooking facilities. The location is incredibly convenient, too—there's an Aldi supermarket right across the street, a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, and it’s only a ten-minute bus ride to the main train station. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

The hotel is a nice, clean, comfy hotel. Very modern. Pictures are accurate as to what you see on line. The hotel is a bit outside the main centre and not much around it. However, it is a quick bus ride (less than 10 mins- take the 101 or 107 from the train station). The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick simple meals. Staff was friendly and helpful.
