"Our combined annual family gathering is no small event: 22 in all! We host them the first weekend of January each year and this place was magical! (It didn’t hurt that it snowed too!) Modern appliances, very cool history, and plenty of space for all. It was perfect! Thank you to our hosts for being available, excellent communicators, and just great to work with. Sycamore Springs is awesome, especially the skating rink! Long story short, it was great! (We want to come back in warmer months.)"

"Gathering held at guesthouse and hotel. Everyone really enjoyed the accommodations and were very pleased with the sleeping arrangements. The beds are super nice with excellent bedding (pillows, sheets and quilts). The kitchens were both spacious enough to accommodate all of our needs. The additional refrigerator in the hotel really helped with the overflow. There is a spacious green area behind the buildings ideal for yard games. The extra facilities available are immense and allow for extra recreational opportunities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone wishing to accommodate a large group. Ken, the host was great. He answered all of my questions and was available throughout our stay for any issues or requests. We also ordered cupcakes from the Grimm Girls and were very pleased. Thank you for the wonderful time and the memories we will all have."
