「This was such a cute and comfortable home with many amenities. When we first arrived, our son noticed popsicles in the freezer, which was a fun surprise, and it did not take long before the kayaks were put to use. The boat dock was a very short walk from the house, and carts were included for ease of transport. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and very close to the marinas. 「Extremely clean and comfy! Three bedrooms, plus a bunk room made for ample sleeping space, privacy, and room for littles, if needed. Easy to get to right as you arrive in Port Duncan area. Although, no lake view, the golf course was a pleasant surrounding. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a golf, boat, family, or couples getaway. Owner made everything simple!」

「There was a groups of 6 there for the world national fishing tournament for the high school! Perfect place on the water with the ramp right beside us. Only bad thing was the walkway to the boat slip was underwater but that was beyond any control of the owner! Perfect location on the water. Easy to walk down to the water and great place to stay! 」
