「Near to Metro Station Allocate to a disabled guest room, other thing is very good」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」

「Excellent services , good location」

「This time the bond still in pending in my credit card record. It should be void after we left nearly 3 weeks time」

「It is a bad experience stay in this Ibis hotel, location is not good, and facility in the room is too old, no house-keeping if after 10:00am. Overall no good stay experience this time.」

「The room was spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. The bathtub had a clearly visible crack. No complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the price, Basic items such as smoked salmon and pancakes required an additional charge, which was surprising and poor value for money. In addition, there was only one coffee machine available.」

「Air con not working properly and internet was discount for a few days.」
