"The location is superb. It’s on a quiet street and the apartment is quiet. The building (which is small) appears to have been recently renovated. All the fixtures and appliances worked well. The rooms are spacious enough. The air conditioning worked very well and was adjustable in each room. "Incredible property located in a great area 10 km from Bordeaux. There are great restaurants located locally to the property. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and with the quietness of the neighborhood made for a great nights sleep. I will certainly be staying here in the future and would strongly recommend the stay. The property owners communicated with use leading up to, and during our stay. This a very clean home with all new appliances and bathrooms. We’ll worth it!!!!"

"Pros: Un séjour vraiment agréable, on se sentait comme chez soi, comme à la maison. Le stationnement est super pratique, juste devant le logement, sur un terrain privé. Les propriétaires vivent sur le même terrain, ce qui permet d'échanger facilement si on le souhaite. C'est une ambiance très familiale, et j'ai eu un immense plaisir à discuter avec ce couple à la retraite, chaleureux et accueillant. Une expérience parfaite et une chouette dégustation de produits extra locaux 👍👍"

"Comfortable, Central location, close to everything including Metro from airport. The beds very comfortable, and rooms very quiet for great sleep. Morning breakfast was convenient and opens early. The girls at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The area around the centre closes early, with just local bars & bistros open after 8pm."

"This hotel was great. A few bugs trying to figure out the parking garage but the staff was super helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was our favorite place every evening with wonderful views of the German submarine pens and the Cite de Vin. We drove the first 2 days to city center but walked along the water to Cite du Vin and found the tram station. So much easier to take the tram. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also on the deck and the food was much better than I expected and the customizable coffee machines made my mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area."

"We booked this after reading reviews from others. The accommodation is very simple but met our needs perfectly. It is very clean, has a comfortable bed, a handy little kitchenette which was well stocked with essential implements. It has a terrific grocery store right around the corner. Le Cite Du Vin is a short walk away. The tram was within a minutes walk and we were a quick ride from the old city. It was a stones throw from the waterfront and the bridge to the other side of the river was right outside the door. I would say this is an excellent, affordable place to stay and would do it again. Also a few tram stops fom the cruise ships. "
