“We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, staff were very accommodating, and our room was very comfortable. The location is about perfect with beach access about 100 yards away. They have all you need to enjoy the beach for a small fee. The drawbacks were that I took a shower in which the water became only cold(!!! Room 5), and our room was not refreshed by staff at all ( had to ask for clean towels and the trash was not removed). Overall, it was a pleasant……

“Love this place. Super clean and comfortable. Room was decorated perfectly and had everything you could need. So well thought out. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Ours had a refrigerator and a smart TV. Tina and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many choices for breakfast. Snacks during the day. Sometimes we had breakfast in the dining room and sometimes on the large covered porch. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit shops……

“Amelia was outstanding. Other B&B owners should go here so they can see the proper way to run their business. Amelia went out of her way to tell us what to see and places to go. She personally cooked breakfast on all 3 mornings that we were there and they were all top notch. We highly recommend this B&B and we will be back.”
