“We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs are not difficult as someone else mentioned. The single room is through a curtain connected to the lounge. The location is central and it had everything we needed, though I won’t be taking the shower home with me. ”

“As advertised and Julie was very helpful. Central location and yet quiet, with good parking. Floor has a slight downward slope that felt a bit strange to start with but easily adapted to (not a problem, just felt weird to start with). Everything clear and tidy, and even milk in the fridge on arrival - thanks Julie”

“Good location for amenities and various sites in the city. Property manager, Simon was excellent. Really liked the independent dryer in addition to the washer unit. The main living area was a bit small and could benefit with some extra seating like a small armchair. Generally enjoyed our stay. ”

“Location was perfect and the view from the bedroom window was beautiful, parking was a tight sqeeze but given it's close proximity to the city totally understandable. Nice clean and funky place with many querky elements to it, comfortable bed, keep in mind master is upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Overall a great experience, so close to everything we need. ”

“We had a great stay at Simon’s place while we were visiting family in Dunedin. The whole house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable which was awesome because we stayed for over a week. It was in a great location for us and was easy to get around. There is a supermarket 500m down the road which is handy as well. My only concern with a young family was that the dining room is separate from the kitchen so having kids take their breakfast cereal through themselves was a bit stressful.……
