Great location right by the sea. Perfect for exploring Berwick and Spitalfields or getting the train into Edinburgh. The room was clean and basic with a love;y view over the sea. Easy parking in front of the hotel and only a 10 min drive max to the train station. Easy to get down the coast to Holy Island and Bamburgh.

It's a 25 minute walk from the train station or a 5 minute taxi ride. There's a beach outside with a playground for kids, cafes, and a lovely promenade. My room was clean and well stocked. The owner and staff were lovely.

First, Allison and her staff were simple a delight. Always smiling, always helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The bed made for a good night's sleep. And the breakfast was excellent. We'd absolutely recommend The Roxburgh to friends and family and would love to stay again!

Ample car park Friendly and informative staff spotless room and ensuite Fridge stocked on arrival with milk & filter water tea coffee & biscuits on hospitality tray Super tv with all the apps (netflix i player etc) Plenty of plug sockets and usb well positioned Very comfy bed with spotless white bed linen Sea just a stones throw from hotel Huge bay window with 2 comfy recliner chairs to watch the world go by Didn't have breakfast but the dining area was clean and spacious ( bacon smelled delicious) Bus stop across the road for days not wanting to drive Nice traditional pub across the road along with the local store that seemed to stock everything M&S food next lidl b&m 5 min drive up the road A well positioned gem which didn't disappoint for our first visit to the area
