Located on the ninth floor of Sea Colony’s Georgetowne House building (elevator and stair access), the condo offers easy access to a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 12 pools (2 indoors), and championship tennis courts. A seasonal shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities and you'll be just a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach featuring numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
The ocean-view balcony is a perfect all-day perch to relax and take in the scene. Create favorite recipes in the well-appointed full kitchen, then dine together at the adjacent table. Enjoy casual downtime in the sun-soaked living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
