Sea Colony Sanctuary

Escape to Sea Colony Hideaway! A beautiful 3BR, 2-story condo in South Bethany’s premier beach resort. Just a short walk to the private beach, and area restaurants this elegant retreat offers pools, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, serene ponds, and more. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, it’s your upscale coastal getaway. Sea Colony Hideaway is perfect for relaxing, recharging, and indulging in the best of beachside living.
Per Sea Colony's rules and regulations, guests are required to purchase passes upon arrival. During peak months, June-August, the cost is $55/person (off season passes are sold at a discounted rate). They are mandatory for all persons age 4 and older and can be purchased from the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe, located at 33548 Market Place, Suite 4, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.

The house was great the area was lovely, we were only there a night and tried to communicate with host about supposed resort fees on listing. We were told to check the website since the fees vary. We had to look for ourselves and could not find them. Once we arrived and were required to do an additional check in at the main office we were charged 55/ per person over the age of 4! Renter be ware. This was not transparent before we arrived. Would not recommend this unless you check before hand how much you will be paying on top of everything else.
