「Great property. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We grilled the two nights we were there. The propane tank had enough in it. The instructions said if empty we should fill it up. There wasn’t a gauge on the tank, so it was a gamble and if we ran out the other tank in the closet was empty. It would have ruined our evening. I wish that was taken care of by the property and not put on the guests.」

「Wonderful stay at this VRBO. Plenty big enough for me and my adult daughter. Sofa bed was good quality and no complaints about sleeping on this matress. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. Host is also very flexible and beyond helpful and very responsive. A for his efforts too!」

I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). 「Pros: had a wonderful stay at this location. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping, 3 miles from exit 15 on I-84. Very comfortable and large space, really comfortable bed. As my stay was over 30 days, I wanted a full kitchen and I got that. Property management very responsive and helpful!Cons: air conditioners were still in the windows allowing frigid air in.
