"The property is located close to downtown Jacksonville and is in various stages of renovation. Most areas look great but some are still not ready for prime time. There are areas that are dirty and need to be cleaned (see the threshold going into the Pier 1515 restaurant. The staff and hospitality, room service and valet crew are all top notch, super helpful and friendly. They make me feel like they are all here for me to have a wonderful vacation."
"When I checked in the staff member was great. I witnessed a person speaking to her in a mean way. She handled the situation perfectly. She was very professional and I commend her for that."
"First step inside the door and you know you are somewhere special. The host has done an excellent job at putting together this themed room. Special details everywhere. Space is small but they made the best use of it, you'll enjoy the stay and the surrounding area. Great Avondale restaurants a short distance away. "
"The property was great & in a good location. It was very nicely decorated and was in excellent condition. It was updated completely & very well taken care of by owners. The garden was very nice. The only problem I had was the stairs - I’m almost 70 & had a little trouble. I wouldn’t recommend for elderly & handicap persons. "
