The sleek modern kitchen offers plenty of work top space for preparing delicious home cooked meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table before retiring to the comfortable seating area. The underfloor heating provides a cosy ambience to snuggle up on the large sofas on an evening in front the large smart TV. To the edge of the town centre is Beverley Racecourse which hosts fixturesy throughout the summer months. For a relaxing walk or game of golf look no further than Westwood; a large expanse of woodland and grass pastures where locals gather to enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air! Beverly is easily accessible by both bus and trains, but if you choose to arrive by car this property benefits from off street parking. A little further afield are the traditional seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington and Scarborough and both York and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park are also under an hour away. Regent Cottage really is a home away from home. Beach 13 miles.
