Push the doors of La Gourgasse Vieille and discover this old building of character, built on the banks of the famous Canal du Midi, near the beaches and the main tourist points of the Béziers basin.
A true favorite of its owners, the small area of Gourgasse Vieille has required several years of renovation. The works were carried out with all the respect due to this old lady but also with the respect due to the site and the environment.
The former winegrower's residence has gradually regained its charm and its cachet of yesteryear. It now offers its guests all the comfort necessary for their stay. The Côté canal restaurant with its large shaded terrace on the edge of the Canal du Midi provides delicious breaks in pure weather.
In terms of accommodation, Gourgasse Vieille offers four lodgings with cozy furnishings and decoration. Four additional tourist apartments are planned and will complete and personalize the reception.
The two-room "Feria" is a furnished tourist accommodation located on the first floor of the building. It can accommodate two people, maximum 3 people (folding bed). Built on 2 levels, it has a large south-facing terrace.
First level :
The 60 m² terrace offers for relaxation a sofa, an armchair, two garden beds, tables and chairs, a parasol.
The kitchen with built-in furniture has a microwave / grill, a small fridge, 2 induction hobs, a table and two chairs.
A coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle and toaster round out the amenities. A wardrobe closet is installed under the stairs.
The living room is furnished with two armchairs, a coffee table and a wall-mounted television.
Also on the first level is the bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC.
Reversible heating / air conditioning.
Second level:
A mezzanine office overlooks the kitchen. It gives access to an attic bedroom on the mezzanine which overlooks the living room. It is equipped with a 160 cm bed, two bedside tables and an armchair.
