Maison confortable avec tout dont on a besoin

We can only say that we really enjoyed our stay. We had our little 10 months old baby with us and the neighbors who were taking care of the property let us check-in very early. So understanding and kind. We weren't able to access the wifi which we didn't really need. Cooking equipment as well as laundry facilities are excellent. The villa is quiet and cool in the summer. The pool is very nice, practically without shade though. You will need a car to get around. Ants come and go but if you clean after yourselves after eating and take out the garbage, everything will be fine.

Golfurlaub mit Abstrichen

Leider haben die Angaben im Inserat nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Objekt übereingestimmt. Nur 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden, Schlafsofa im Wohnraum nur für max. 1 Person. Haus ist definitiv für max. 4 Personen ausgelegt. Am besten 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Bad sehr eng, keine Dusche nur Badewanne mit Brause. Küche sehr klein und eng. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank gut. Einrichtung einfach und eher alt. Die Verwalter wohnen neben an. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Terrasse vorhanden mit Gartenmöbeln und Liegen. Haus liegt direkt am Golfplatz St.Thomas, daher für Golfurlaub gut. Einkaufen in 2 km Lidl, alles weitere ca. 10 km Entfernung. Nächster Bäcker und Metzger in Bessan, Montblanc, Valros oder Beziers (alles mind. 10 km entfernt). Strände von Vias Plage, Valras Plage oder Cap dAgde ca. 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Kein Garten vorhanden.

Ruhige Lage

Aufenthalt war schön und die Anlage war gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Leider muss man halt überall erst mal hinfahren. Strand - wenn man Valras-Plage mag- ca 20 min. Schönerer Strand ist die Gegend rund um Agde. Ca 30 min. Wenn man dort schön zu Abend essen will, muss man erst heim, richten und wieder los. Der Pool ist gut um kurz reinzuhüpfen. Leier keine Liegen dort um dort mal einen Tag zu verweilen. Aber sonst -war alles super. Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und haben mit allem geholfen, wenn es etwas gab. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Ruhig und gemütlich mit Pool

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Verwalter/Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung ist etwas missverständlich. Es gibt keine drei Schlafzimmer.

C‘est la 2e fois que nous passons un séjour dans cette maison au calme. C‘est notre étappe entre l‘Algarve et notre retour à la maison en Suisse. La maison est simple, mais il y a tout ce qu‘il faut. En plus, sur notre suggestion, la propriétaire a changé la literie dans la chambre principale. Parfait! La remise des clefs par M. et Mme Zamparo se passe sans problème. Nous aimons le golf St Thomas devant la porte, le calme, la sécurité, la simplicité et Béziers.

Mooie locatie, prima huis, echter wel toe aan een update, vreselijke bedden. Heel veel spullen van de eigenaar waardoor we slecht onze eigen spullen kwijt konden. Ontvangst door de buren hartverwarmend! Contact met de buren erg goed. Wasmachine kapot, opgelost door de buren, we konden wassen in een ander huis. Volgend jaar weer naar dit vakantiepark maar niet naar dit huis.

Wir hatten erholsame Tage in dem stilvoll eingerichteten Haus. In der Anlage gibt es einen sauberen, ruhigen Pool. Etwas abseits von Beziers - direkt neben einem großen Golfplatz.

+ l‘emplacement au calme, proximité au Golf St Thomas et Béziers, l‘accueil par les voisins super sympa, sécurité - l‘Internet trop faible (box partagée), les matelas trop souples (appréciation personnelle), fallait laver vaisselle & couverts avant utilisation, ventilation dans WC ne fonctionnait pas Dans l‘ensemble ça nous a plu et si le propriétaire met une ligne Internet forte, ce sera bien.

A peaceful stay

Property was in great condition and modern. Loved the artwork and the aircon!Very secure and safe. Quiet and relaxing surroundings with a lovely common swimming pool. Ants were a problem initially but adding to the pest control discs sorted them out.
