"room cleaning could be more thorough. They did not take used glasses, plates, shower cap. Heating was not on - but I was provided an extra heater"

The spa is eceptional and I am always blessed they allow me to swim in the pool when I am able. The staff are always kind and caring and the food is excellent. "

"Awesome place to stay! Staff is friendly and in a great location - walkable to the craft bazaar, Clock Tower Plaza, Textile Museum, bars and restaurants. Some things are showing signs of wear and tear, but not a deal breaker. No A/C, but there’s a ceiling fan that does the trick."
