The spa is eceptional and I am always blessed they allow me to swim in the pool when I am able. The staff are always kind and caring and the food is excellent. 」

Service at check-in was quite slow, with nobody around for the first 30 minutes after my arrival when I found myself all alone. 「Value for money is great, staff are helpful during stay and before for coordinating driver/guide. The setting in the forest is much nicer than staying in town. The only thing I felt was a let down were the pillow, too tall and hard so had to sleep without.」

「We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay.」

「The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel.」
