“Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer. The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport.”

“In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. There are 12 villas, we were upgraded to a 3 floors one which was insanely large,……

“The bed was very comfortable but honestly the hotel was similar to, or honestly, less impressive than our previous hotel at 1/3 the price (check out Lemon Tree Resort in Thimphu). Was a bit surprised to see the high reviews in comparison to actual condition/quality.”
