「飯店職員都很親切微笑的招呼 房間的空間感也還不錯 餐廳的食物口味都不錯～唯一是房間地板及浴缸的清潔度不夠～希望能加強」

「Excellent services; rooms very clean! Friendly staffs, I felt like home staying there. Nice breakfasts and dinners. 」

「The Staff at Kichu resort was amazingly polite and always smiling. I would return here just for the service. Thank you all」

「New hotel with excellent interiors. Rustic but luxurious decor. Very comfortable with modern technology. I was treated very well by all the staff! Very reasonably priced. I would stay there again. 」

「Good hotel but they had nothing to do contrary to what was shown and staged on the website. The staff was helpful. Nice property but it’s in a remote area and the hotel had a spa but no one working there !」

「We spent two sleepless nights because of the terrible noise. First night they had a big group of guests that arrived at 10.00 pm and they were screaming around until midnight. The next night the same big group left at 4.00 am and they were running and screaming around the camp for more than one hour. We asked for silence but nobody cared about! When finally the rude guests left the staff started to clean the tends close to ours so we were woken up again! It was a real nightmare! 」
