“The hotel is very nice and is situated on a hill, offering a great view of the city. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The gym was well equipped, and the instructor was outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic. However, the pool was not usable during our stay because it was not clean, and we were surprised that there was no seating around the pool area. Despite this drawback, we enjoyed the serenity of the hotel.”

“Check in time was supposed to be 12pm, I arrived at 12:38pm and was told I couldn’t check in till 2pm because the rooms were not ready yet. I went down to order some food for lunch and it literally took an hour before I got served. I had to chase the waiter down to ask for my bill and then look for him again for my change. The deal breaker was when the tried to check me into a lesser value room because someone was still occupying the room and booked and paid for. At the end, I had to contact……
