“Great check in with very warm welcome. The location is perfect and the hotel very attractive and comfortable. Our bed was comfortable and the room exactly as expected. The wash basin in the bathroom is stylish but irritating - we didn’t like it! It was very quiet in our room despite being just below the roof bar and having a view of the ocean. “The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……
