Lovely bush setting with ocean glimmers. Great house for group with own space & terrific layout with east/west wing sleeping arrangements.

Spacious and relaxing
A very well-appointed property with masses of space inside and out. Private and quiet, with only a little traffic sound drifting up from the highway below. Ample seating in lounge and dining room and no shortage of crockery. Parking for several cars. Very happy with our choice. Only addition I would suggest is an umbrella to provide shade for the outdoor table.

Happy holiday
A great place to stay, lots of space inside and out. Everything you could possibly need, including games and puzzles that kept everyone busy. Very quiet location close to Bicheno and it’s ammenities.

Beautiful location ideal for family grouos
There were spaces for everyone and we really did need that with 3 couples plus 2 teens! The garden was lovely and views just gorgeous Communication was easy and respectful I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again

Cosy but Roomy
Great configuration for a large number of us (10). Everyone had their own space. Very comfortable with one of the best selection of games, books etc I’ve seen in a while. Beds big and comfy, lots of bathrooms and great supply of hot water. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and the big table seated everyone, making for some great family time.
