From here you can also access the balcony for a morning coffee with a view. The two further bedrooms share use of the family shower room, comprising a chic double with in-built storage and a neutral twin. The garden area is a courtyard style with a table and chairs to be enjoyed when the sun is shining.
Just 5 miles away you''ll find the nearest beach which remains dog-friendly all year around, Instow, with beautiful views and a local ice cream van which visits daily during the spring and summer months. From here, join a stretch of the Tarka Trail towards Barnstaple, or for more of a challenge, pack a backpack and venture along the South West Coast Path to the charming fishing village of Clovelly. If you''re looking to relax, Clovelly can also be reached by car which is well worth it for the pretty views and unique experience of the car-free town where donkeys and sleds are the preferred form of transport.
