• 2 Bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, chaise lounge

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of the locked storage in the backyard.

Other things to note
Winter travel: It’s strongly recommended to carry snow chains or cables in your vehicle during the winter season. Weather and road conditions in Big Bear can change quickly and unexpectedly.

Important Notes
• Water: If you prefer bottled water during your stay, please bring some with you or purchase it from nearby grocery stores.

• BBQ grill & fireplace:
 *Propane refills for the BBQ are not provided; tanks can be refilled at the local DIY store.
 *Firewood for the indoor fireplace is not provided; you can purchase bundles at the local Vons or DIY store.
 *Do not dispose of ashes please leave them safely in the fireplace.

• Lost and found: $50 handling fee for items left behind plus shipping cost within 7 days of your check out.

*Security: There is a ring camera in the front and backyard to monitor the property for safety, not for surveillance of guests.*
