Downstairs third bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed and twin/twin bunk bed. Game room has a queen/twin bunk bed, TV, and DVD player. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
