The space
Lazy Bear Lodge has FIVE big bedroom and THREE full-size bathrooms, with two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor, and three bedrooms and two full baths on the upper floor. You have unobstructed views of Big Bear Lake from almost every room—and from the new HOT TUB! Imagine soaking in the tub while gazing at the Lake. This is your relaxation place.

The KITCHEN is truly gourmet, with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, new Kitchen Aid stainless double-oven, wine fridge, high-end appliances, gas-burner stovetop on the center island, and everything you need to prepare meals for a big group--pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, toaster, blender, coffee maker, 24+ plates, even more plastic, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, mixing bowls, you name it! The Kitchen will become a focal point for hanging out.

The DINING ROOM has a rustic solid wood table with seating for eight, and an impressive view of Big Bear Lake right outside the window! And check out the new antler chandelier for that rustic feel.

The DECKS are huge and have unparalleled views of Big Bear Lake and the twinkling lights of the Village. The main-level deck has a Hot Springs Limelight hot tub (6 person), two large tables and chairs, seating easily 10 to 15 people. Part of the main-level deck is covered, so you can enjoy it during almost any season. There's a gas-burning grill for barbecuing, aspen log rocking chairs, and IG-ready views from every spot -- including from the hot tub!

The FAMILY ROOM (between dining and game rooms) has a huge comfy couch in front of a giant wood-burning fireplace. Start a fire, kick up your feet, and cuddle with your favorite person after skiing all day... relax and enjoy!

The GAME ROOM has a brand new, tournament-quality Warrior Foosball table, and a brand new Brunswick solid oak, full-size shuffleboard table. Plus, a large flat screen TV and couch for movies for those who aren't playing games. (**Note: these tables are brand new, so please no drinks on the tables! And do not move them. They have been professionally leveled. Thanks!)

BEDROOM # 1 (aka the "Knickerbocker Room") - The first of the two main-floor bedrooms has a queen-size bed with a huge closet, comfy leather chair, and reclaimed-wood wall. This bedroom is next to the main-floor bathroom, and comfortably sleeps two adults.

BEDROOM # 2 (aka the "Pine Knot Room") - This is the bigger of the two main-floor bedrooms, and has a new queen-sized bed with a gorgeous log-style frame, with matching log-style nightstands and dresser. This room also has a sliding door that steps out onto the side deck with unparalleled views of Big Bear Lake. Sip your morning coffee--in private--on your deck! Or saunter to the hot tub from your private entrance. This room comfortably sleeps two adults.

BEDROOM # 3 (aka the "Summit Room") - is the Master Bedroom upstairs has a new queen-size bed with pillow-top mattress, a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and large en-suite bathroom. The master bath has a two-person Jacuzzi tub plus a separate walk-in shower with a relaxing rain shower head. The Master Bedroom has its own deck perched high above everything else. Literally, a bird's-eye view of Big Bear Lake and the Village. Imagine sipping coffee in the morning on your private deck! This room comfortably sleeps two adults.

BEDROOM # 4 (aka the "Seneca Room") - upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, matching night stands, flat-screen TV, and large closet. The room is next to the upstairs bathroom and comfortably sleeps two adults.

BEDROOM # 5 (aka the "Bear Room") - this upstairs room is huge, and has multiple beds (perhaps the "kids room"?). There are TWO queen beds with log-style frames, PLUS a bunk bed with a twin on top and full-size futon on the bottom... PLUS a Queen-sized Aerobed self-inflating mattress. This room is big and can realistically sleep 8+ people.

Washer and Dryer on the second level are available to use during your stay.

All three bathrooms have shampoo and body wash for our guests. Please bring your own toothpaste and other toiletries. We supply 16 bath towels, and almost as many hand towels and wash clothes. We also have additional towels for the hot tub.

The Garage fits one or two cars easily and is available for use. We also have high-speed electric vehicle charger in the garage that fits most EV cars. NOTE: Tesla owners will need their adapter.

Guests have access to the entire house and garage (with the exception of a locked owner's closets in the Master Bedroom and kitchen pantry).
Other things to note

SECURITY CAMERAS - We have three exterior security cameras -- on the doorbell, above the garage, and on the back of the house -- for safety and package deliveries. These are the only cameras on the property.

TRASH REMOVAL - Trash removal is not provided. You must remove all of your trash. Renters are required to take their trash to the dump site. This is true for all vacation rentals in Big Bear.

FIREWOOD - We do not supply wood for the fireplace, but wood bundles are readily available at the local grocery store.

BIG BEAR 11% TAX - The Big Bear Lake requires guests to pay an 11% occupancy and tourism tax. (I know!). All hosts in Big Bear Lake are required to pay these taxes to the City. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Airbnb customer support regarding this tax matter.
