This place is great and is what we expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! We had 3 families totaling 11 and there was plenty of space for all of us and we all enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Had a blast this weekend at this beautiful lovely house. Enjoyed everything about it. Everything in the house is perfect for entertaining and the indoor hot tub is great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

Refrigerator not functioning and leaking water onto floor. By day 3 of 6 the refrigerator stopped working altogether!! Poor response by property manager that never resolved the problem. Our food was kept in coolers and we had a breast feeding mother who could not refrigerate her milk properly. The spa become green by day 2. Overall the stay was not up to expectations!!

We splurged and got a place for just the 4 of us partly because it was pet-friendly but also because we desperately needed a change of scenery. This home is stunning inside and out and was so close to Snow Summit that we walked! We were snowed in the 2nd full day but it was fine because the home has so many beautiful rooms. We especially enjoyed the game room and record player!

I’ve stayed in Bear before a few times. VRBO homes are a shot in the dark, but this home was spacious, and close to everything. In the past, and I’m not sure if it’s COVID, but I have never had to take my trash to a dump site. We stayed there last year just off of the 18 and didn’t have to do that. It was a hassle. Especially when we were trying to get out of there on the last day. For the money we paid, I would have thought that there would have been a service for that. The city is getting hard on these rental properties, which is why we should support them. The only other issue was that the dish washer doesn’t work well, and we were required to wash our own dishes. The wine glasses were dirty, and we washed them by hand before drinking from them. A new dish washer would be nice. But even with that, we had such a great time. I would recommend it to my best friends. It’s luxurious and homie. Thank you for letting us stay. A really good trip.

The house looks same as pictured, which is a plus and is in a nice neighborhood. But, The property manager does answer calls but does not respond to them. The remote control worked except the “ok/select” button so we were unable to choose a channel or movie. Put in a request for a new remote and never came. So they advertise a TV but don’t expect to use it. The screen for the door doesn’t work. The listing says it has a fridge so we brought a lot of food which all went bad because the fridge does not work only the freezer. Because of Covid they don’t send anyone out, then they shouldn’t advertise what is broken.
