「This apartment is very clean and nicely equipped. The only reason we're giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the noise from upstairs was very off-putting and disturbed our stay. It sounded like children running back and forth all day, and we felt like the parents should be aware of those staying underneath. Although we really liked the apartment, we would not stay here again, due to this constant noise, from early morning until late at night.」

「This VRBO is a wonderful location. It’s spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. The only glitch was the hallway light was out when we were checking in so we couldn’t see the deadbolt lock and had to get help getting in. But the owner responded to our message right away and the light was fixed the next morning.」

「Great starting point to adventures in Anchorage. Neighborhood a little rough. No fault to owners. The place was cute. Minor things like bathroom door didn't work properly, loud fridge. Overall, it was a convenient starting point」

「Property was clean and the location was close to downtown. A cab is needed or 20 to 25 minutes walk, which was very good. Had a hard time getting the code for the house and the laundry room. It should have been given 48 hrs before arrival. There was no mention of the home being upstairs. I requested this info a few times but it was not answered till a day or two before. Overall it was a good experience and a comfortable stay.」

「Beat the heck out of a hotel room. Arrived very late to room due to canceled flight and door code didn't work. Was able to call the posted contact in middle of night and was provided with correct code. Big save and appreciated, excellent trip.」

「Overall stay was for two nights, highly recommend this property. Upscale decor and great amenities. Family stay and everyone walked in and said WOW! Great way to finish a long adventure through Alaska. Can’t recommend enough.」

「While this property seemed quite perfect for two couples that did not turn out to be the case. The first issue was the lack of the advertised parking space. We contacted the management company and communicated with them for three days and the parking space was never resolved. The furniture shown in online photos is not what is in the unit, instead there is one small love seat not a couch, bar stools with no backs and not adequate for the comfort of four adults. 「The apartment came as advertised. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The layout is great and the beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located to Wasilla and Bearpaw River Brewing restaurant is in walkable distance. The deck has amazing views of the lake, especially as the sun sets. Highly recommend. We had a fabulous stay.」
