「For a high end place I was really upset with this place. My wife and I had a weekend date planned and this place ruined it.
1. We showed up 2 hours after check in and still had to wait 30 minutes because our room wasn’t ready.
2. We came back after a concert and none of the exterior doors worked including the main doors, no signage or anything, we just walked around until we found a random door propped open with a chair to let us in.
3. We were staying on the third floor, and the elevators...
