「Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful...

「Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔」

「Restaurant had very good meals, variety was good, flan was over-the-top. Continental breakfast (included in my package) was well stocked with options, but the coffee and tea were not hot. Scrambled egg was cooked to order. Spa was very nice, including sauna (hot or dry), private whirlpool, massage, pool, hot tub; but the exercise room equipment needed repairing. I would return to/recommend this property.」

「We stayed in a cuádruple. Great location and fun pool amenities, but you have to walk outside to reach the pool and game room. They are making some improvements. The pictures are a little confusing- some rooms have a kitchenette and some have nothing. It’s best to double check. We thought we were booking a different room. 」

「Para empezar, una chica de la recepción nos hizo sentir incómodos por su actitud de desconfianza pidiéndonos tarjetas de respaldo y demás, fue tan exigente que al final del día el control de la TV de la habitación nos tocó pedirlo varias veces hasta que lo entregaron, por otro lado al momento de hacer check out no fueron capaces de mantenernos los equipaje mientras íbamos a una excursión corta hasta las 2 pm, lo que nos tocó ir con todos los equipajes a la excursión, jamás había vivido una...

「Our total experience was fantastic. From the ideal location to the picturesque views out our balcony to the wonderful food at the hotel’s restaurant, Stag. However, what stood out most of all was the fantastic service and how we were treated. The property is family owned and that’s exactly how they treated us - like family. Received a tour of the property’s expansion currently under construction - Wow, it’s going to be amazing. First rate, would recommend without reservation!」
