While Gorliz is a suburb of Bilbao (approximately 50 minutes on metro to Plentzia) & w/o a car one must ride a bus to this location (8-10 min.-get off at Aldai) or a 30 min. walk), it’s a lovely town to walk around. "Great location as a base for visiting north of Spain. Host was helpful and good at sorting out our requests. Unfortunately the pool filter didn’t work well so we didn’t use it as often as we liked to. Bedroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The owner promptly re-clean the rooms again the next morning.
