We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

Very comfortable 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor with 2 private balconies from which you can enjoy the wonderfully clear sunrises.

Furnished to offer a relaxing, Condo A224 invites you to get-away from it all and enjoy a quiet beach vacation. The living room is adjacent to the dining area and allows for room to spread out and relax whether you are reading a book, just visiting, or watching the big game. There is a comfy lounge chair for reclining while watching TV or to take that afternoon nap!

Cheerfully furnished, you will be able to get that much-needed break from the busy world. The queen bedroom has 2 queen beds ad a huge bathroom with a soaking tub to sink to your neck in bubbles and a separate shower with a built-in seat for those who like to sit during their shower. The king bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo and is adjacent to its own bath. Each bedroom has a private balcony.

The pretty courtyard has palm trees, a free-form pool, a pretty gazebo, lounging chairs, tables, BBQ grills, and more to help you become the relaxed person a vacation is meant to create. The beach is just 300 feet away and the warm white sands will welcome and warm your toes.

Booking was easy. The people are really friendly. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We did not use the pool, but it was available. The only challenges were the carpet and the showerhead. I would definitely stay here again for cruising on the coast.

Amazing once again!

Once again our stay was absolutely amazing! Its great when you are on vacation and the place you are staying really feels like your home away from home! This made 2 years in a row we stayed in this unit for cruising the coast! Hope we can make 3 next year!!!

Weekend get away

Overall stay was good. We joked the upstairs neighbors either had a bowling alley or rearranged all the furniture for a few hours each evening. I think they had small children. Also, a glass bottle was broken on our balcony (2nd floor) we have no idea how. We sat on the balcony early Saturday morning before eating breakfast and heading to the beach, there was no glass on the balcony at that time as me and the two kids were barefoot and didn't step on any. However, after returning from the beach around 12:45 we went back out on the balcony and one of the kids thought she got a sandspur in her foot but it was a small shard of glass. Then we realized there was broken glass all over the balcony connecting the living area and master bedroom. We found a larger piece that looked like the bottom portion of a glass bottle. We have no idea where it came from as we didn't bring any glass bottles with us. We cleaned it up as best we could (there wasn't a broom available in the unit) and just chose not to use that balcony the rest of our stay to avoid possibly stepping on missed shards or tracking it into the condo. Also, when using the washer in the unit standing water accumulated in the drier(it was a stackable washer/drier) I thought maybe condensation built up but it was significant enough to wet a hand towel. I did wash and dry clothes and at the end of the dry cycle the clothes were still significantly damp in spite of having cleaned the lint filter prior to using drier.

Hairy Sheets!

We had traveled all day and arrived at the unit around 8pm and unloaded our luggage and got into the unit. Tired and ready to just go to bed, upon turning down the covers we discovered many hairs all over the sheets in all of the beds. Human or Animal is not acceptable! We then had to go out to Walmart to buy sheets and covers so that we could finally go to bed. Next morning went into the kitchen to cook some breakfast, the tray that silverware was in was dirty and a bug in it (alive). I have pictures of all of the above. The shower in the queen room had a stain in the bottom. The washing machine was dirty and also again hairs! Stains in carpet in King room. After checking out today I contacted the host to let them know, and I was told that I should had called their emergency line and they would had sent someone right out. We checked in late on Friday. I asked could they at least do something about the cleaning fee, since obviously their cleaners did not do their job. All she said was the above about calling their emergency number. I will never use VRBO or PRM to rent anything again. Very unprofessional response to Customer Satisfaction. This facility was an older condo and substandard lodging.

Fabulous once again

This is our 2nd year to stay in the Villas. I was really hoping to get the same Villa as last year because we knew what to expect. Unfortunately, it was already booked so we booked this one. Let me say it did NOT disappoint. We absolutely loved it. It was decorated so cute!! It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable, The management team were so helpful. Anytime I had a question they were really fast to reply, even on the weekend. My husband and I come to Cruisin' the Coast every year and we have decided the villas will be our home away from home during that week. So see you next year!!!

Freezer won't keep ice cream frozen

Cleanliness - overall good, except for bathroom baseboards. Looked like they hadn't been wiped down in years. Toilet in guest bath had rust stains (I get it, we have lots of rust in our water too) there are things you can put in the tank to help. This toilet also ran intermittently. Check-in process good - only complaint is that the email said we'd get the code via email 3 days before arrival. I called inquiring about the code the day before our arrival, had to leave a message. Finally emailed about code asking them to text it to me, since I was merely hours away from arrival - finally got the code. (We were down there after hurricane Ida so was concerned we'd get there and have no place to stay.) Accuracy of listing - yes! Great space for the price!!!! Location - fantastic!!!! The reason my overall rating is 3 stars when I gave 4 & 5 stars for everything is because of the freezer. A review in June 2021 said the freezer didn't keep food frozen. Unfortunately I didn't remember reading that before putting my daughter's ice cream cake in the freezer. The note on the frig was very adamant about not turning the temperature down, so I contacted management. They said turn it down, which I did. Still not cold enough and cake had to be thrown away. The freezer will freeze water so the temperature is somewhere between 32 degrees F and 10 degrees F (the temp needed to keep ice cream frozen). The fact that they knew the freezer didn't work but failed to fix it or notify potential renters is why the rating is 3 stars instead of 4.5.

Zero communication with property owner. King bed very noisy and uncomfortable bedrooms were hot to sleep. I was not given pool code that was a fiasco when trying to get it from building manager. I did enjoy my stay overall though the indoor temperature could have been cooler

Nice place

Probably a little overpriced for the age of the place but clean and neat. Master bedroom mattress is not the best but we have a sleepnumber at home. Fees are too high in my opinion but that comes with VRBO units managed professionally.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The pictures are accurate and the location is great. You can walk across to the beach or enjoy the pool on-site. We only have 2 complaints. The king sized bed was so noisy (sounds like cardboard or a scratching sound) EVERY little move. You or your partner roll over and all you hear is noise. The mattress was also super uncomfortable so we had to go to Wal-Mart and buy an egg crate mattress to make it somewhat comfortable. The second complaint is the property advertises 3 TVs which is accurate. However, only one of the cable boxes has paid cable to it. The other 2 boxes said that the channels weren't subscribed to - which was every single channel. Thankfully we had mostly nice weather so we didn't watch the TV a ton. Had it been rainy it would have been hard to find something that 2 adults, 2 teen boys, and a 10 year old all agreed on.

Well kept and clean, comfortable, and centrally located - Great place to stay.

As said in the title, the property is well kept on the outside as well as the condo itself, the condo was comfortable with all the amenities anyone would normally use, and the location is on Beach Blvd is centrally located to almost any destination you may have in mind. The only negative on this trip was the lack of elevator to get ride up to or down from the second floor. Speaking to one of the tenants or guest Friday evening, I was told someone had been working on the elevator since the previous Sunday. When I departed on Tuesday, it was still not operational. When someone brings all the additional amenities, food, clothes, etc..., it makes it a lot harder for those with disabilities or other handicaps going up or down stairs.

This condo was much roomier than we had anticipated it to be. Very comfortable, the pool was beautiful and the location couldn’t be beat! We will stay here again next time we visit.

Overall it was nice, but there was no extra toilet paper or garbage and rooms didn’t have curtains.

Easy experience renting through Vrbo. Overall the condo was very nice. Our only complaint was there was no extra toilet paper. Only one roll in each bathroom so we had to go get some. Only one trash bag. The bedrooms didn’t have curtains so it was very bright as we were on the side the sun comes up on. Otherwise it was very nice.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was just as pictured. It was so easy to just go right in with the key code upon arrival. We were in a great spot for easy access. But we would have loved a better view. Who wouldn't though. We did have an issue with the down stairs neighbor as previously mentioned in other reviews. The police department showed up the first night to investigate a noise complaint with in 4 hours of arrival, and we were out to dinner and on the beach for at least two of those hours. But there were no issues following the first night. Pool is clean. The property was clean. Our family enjoyed Mississipi!

This condo was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. It is exactly as it was described .

This property was beautiful. We rented it because of the location in Biloxi. We had 2 boys, ages 8 and 14 with us, so the swimming pool was a must. The beach was in walking distance to where we were staying. With that being said, I would NOT recommend this condo to a family with children. The condo owner on the first floor was very difficult personality. We kept the boys busy and we spent most of the day out and about. On day 4 of our vacation, this condo owner shows up at our front door saying she was tired of dealing with us, she was stressed and that all of this needed to stop. That was news to us considering we were out of the condo most of the day, taking in the sights, playing down on the beach and having dinner out in the evenings. I'm convinced that no matter what you would do, this first floor condo owner would complain. and it would appear that she doesn't do very well with children and doesn't like them.

Decent stay for a couple of nights

I really give this condo a 3.5/5. My family and I stayed here with another couple for 2 nights this past weekend. We unfortunately had a couple of issue right off the bat, first our key code didn't work, then once we got inside and were getting settled the downstairs neighbor came up complaining about my almost 2 yr old making noise. Calm down ma'am my little girl was being a little kid and this is what you get when you're in this type of complex. We were able to get the key code fixed fairly quickly and the lady I spoke to from the management company was very apologetic. Overall this condo was good but there were just multiple little things that I think could help improve the stay. The in door ice/water on the fridge did not work, the room with king bed had an outdoor light shinning in, with a toddler sleeping in the same room as us the bed was VERY squeaky, you can find cheaper flat screen tvs that are bigger than 24 inches (this is very knit picky but i would expect this at a beach condo). To summarize...if you are headed to the MS gulf coast and need a budget friendly place to stay this is the place. It's in a great location allowing quick and easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi, and Ocean Springs.
