We had reservations for 4 days, but by the 2nd day we left! Very, very rude front desk, it started with no keys at check in. We along with a line full of other guests waited for approximately 30 minutes before we fonally got one key. At first they were thinking that they might have to use a master key to let us in our rooms. No clean towels or bedding on the next day. Had to go down and ask for them. Finally arount 8 pm some one brought them up. Would never ever stay there again! Dirty toilets, dirty bathroom floor, carpet horrible! Environment definitely made us feel unsafe!

This was my first visit to this hotel. Upon arrival at 9:00 pm and after a 10 hour drive, we're informed we must wait for an undetermined amount of time for a room because housekeeping was still cleaning rooms from 11:00 am checkouts. After nearly an hour wait we finally get to the room and it appears it hadn't been vacuumed. Although the hotel gave us a $75 credit for food, it didn't supplement for the inconvenience at check-in nor for the fact that during our entire 4 day stay, our room was never cleaned. We were told they only clean rooms at checkout.

Checked in at 5pm was told they were working on getting my room ready and would call me when it was done! 4.5 hours later and a phone call my room was finally available. No effort or offer of any type to compensate for the delay. Had been on the road for 12 hours wanted to shower and gamble! Ended up showering and going to bed at 10:15 by the time I finally got into the room! 5hrs and 15 min to check in is a little crazy!

Rude staff especially the front desk person when checking out. Actually called me rude when I was trying to show her pictures I took of the walls in our room. Carpet in room was gross. Decorative pillow was so grungy I literally threw it on the nasty carpet away from the bed. Walls had stains floor to ceiling what looked like the room above had previously flooded. Wall paper had big bubbles under it so I’m guessing at one time there was water behind it so probably mold behind paper. See photos. Paid for stay through Expedia then the rude lady charged my credit card AGAIN when I checked out. Dealing with getting a refund now. They do not clean the rooms during your stay so had to take out our garbage and sit in hall so there was garbage sitting in hall from all the rooms. Had to go get more coffee packets ourselves to have for the next morning. Terrible service. I talked to other guest that had just checked in that had to sit and wait in lobby with their luggage for over 3 hours to get into their room. No staff member offered them any water or any compensation for the inconvenience. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again

When I got in my room- my bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it. Had a small blanket and sheet. The tub had hair all over the bath mat. There was stains on my bath towels. The parking garage was disgusting. No matter you parked there was trash all over.

The hotel is old and in need of renovations. Carpets are dirty and smelly. Bathrooms are moldy. No hot water. Furniture scratched, dented and dingy. We did have a nice view of the water. We were close to hard rock and other casinos. Staff was very nice.

The property condition was less than satisfactory The first night when we went to shower. There was standing water in the tub, almost ankle deep. We had to manually plunge the drain with a towel. The amount of hair that was retrieved was disgusting. It was almost 9 PM, so we did not call the front desk. We told them the next morning. They were willing to rectify, but we did not want. maintenance in our room during our stay. We had 2 towels. 2 face calls 2 hand towels for a 2 nights stay. The sheets were dirty. The floor was not clean. The front desk was willing to get someone to check the drain. However, we fixed the issue and it was no longer needed. They did offer to have the cleaning service. Come in on Friday afternoon but again. We did not want our stay interrupted by the cleaning crew. Although I do realize that every place will have some issues from time to time. The drain problem was not something that happened overnight. This property has little to no maintenance at all i will never stay here again.
