The price was great but would not recommend staying more than that. Great staff. Old facility. Beds comfortable. Bathroom linens good. Safety concerning people staying at the hotel questionable. Maybe full time residents without jobs/income with space provided by the government?

The area the hotel was in was fine and nice. The hotel itself wasnt the best. The breakfast was not worth eating. We were in a non smoking room and could smell cigarette and weed smoke inside of the room from the people next door and we had small kids including a baby. There was mold on all of the picture frames and mirror. Stains in the carpet and the beds. Scuffs on the walls from the door hitting it. Bathroom had mold and an unsafe slippery bath mat.

We booked this room for to spend sometime at the beach for 2 birthdays. The room was pretty dirty, hair in the bathtub, red spot on the toilet seat, the room was dusty. It was not a great experience for me and my family.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, especially because the front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made it hard to relax or feel comfortable.The room was not cleaned properly at all I found mystery stains on multiple items, including the bedding and furniture, which was honestly disturbing. The room also had a weird, musty smell that lingered the entire time. I’m not usually picky, but it was hard to ignore.Noise was a big issue as well. You could hear every single door in the hallway slamming shut — not ideal if you’re hoping for a good night’s sleep. To top it off, they left dirty linens piled up outside rooms overnight, which didn’t help the already questionable cleanliness.Breakfast was average, but the woman working the breakfast area was surprisingly rude and dismissive a stark contrast to the otherwise friendly hotel staff.This hotel has potential because of the great team at the front desk, but until they seriously improve their cleaning standards and address the noise and hospitality issues, I wouldn’t stay again.

Not the greatest location, or area. Room was clean and decent overall, however the staff could have been a little more friendly and accommodating. They will charge you an additional $150 depost for booking through a third party site, I had missed seeing that until I went to check in so beware of that!

It was a out dated and the carpet was disgusting. There was dried blood on the carpet and chair. The office type chair was rusted and looked like it was 50 years old. Also if you needed any extra towels or amenities you got charged for it. An extra towel was $25 to borrow. The microwave was very old and looked like it was gonna fall apart. The mini fridge was rusted and not cold. The freezer part didn't even freeze the ice packs.

This has been the cleanest place we have stay at out of all the times we have been to Gulfport. The lady at the front desk was very nice and help us with everything. I will have to take some pictures tonight because we was only going to stay one night but it was so nice and quiet. We book the same room again till Friday.
