The bright, sunny holiday apartment is located in the side wing of the listed and completely renovated KDF building in Binz, Prora district on the island of Rügen. Through the restricted entrance to avoid through traffic, you can reach the property with direct beach access. Through the dune park, past the heated outdoor pool, you reach the beautiful fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea after about 80 m. On the ground floor of the house you will find the SPA area with fitness and massage room, lounge area with small refreshments, an organic (60 degrees) and 90 degrees sauna and the indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Within walking distance you will find the bakery, bistro, various restaurants, bar, bike rental and small beach boutiques as well as an ATM.
