The Granitz residential park captivates with its ensemble of three villa-like houses in the middle of a tastefully staged park. Thanks to its central location, between the Baltic Sea beach and Schmachter See, or Wylichstrasse and Margaretenstrasse, and thus in the core area of Binz, are within a 3-minute walk of the beach 250 meters away, and various restaurants and shops are also just a few minutes' walk away.[nbsp] From July 2018 construction work will take place in the surrounding area.

Apartment 22RB5, residential park Granitz:
Your 3-room apartment 22RB5 has a size of approx. 60 qm and is furnished for up to 6 people. It is located at Margaretenstraße 15b, on the ground floor and has a terrace (facing the street) and a parking space in the nearby parking garage. This beautiful and bright apartment is divided into a living room with terrace access and a complete kitchenette, two bathrooms, two separate bedrooms and a hallway. In the living room you will find a separate dining area in addition to the seating area with sofa bed. A flat screen TV, WiFi, DVD player and radio are included. The comfortable sofa bed offers sleeping accommodation for the 5th and 6th Person. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathrooms each have a vanity, shower and toilet. The kitchenette includes u. a. a dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

War alles super, Agentur, Appartement und Lage. Da es in ganz Binz keine kostengünstigen Parkplätze gibt, wäre ein deutlicher Hinweis wichtig, dass man einen weiteren Parkplatz rechtzeitig reservieren muss.
