Welcome to my newly refurbished and decorated 3 bedroom, spacious flat with a personal touch of class. Centrally located in the Kingshurst area, the property, being a 13 min drive from Birmingham Airport and a 12 min drive from the NEC, can be found on the second floor in a quiet neighbourhood. This property is also close to local shops, restaurants and a short drive to the Bullring/city centre making it ideal for party-goers, fun-seekers, adventurers or people wanting to chill and unwind. Guests will have the entire flat to their leisure. As well as this, the space also has provisions for working from home, providing you with a work desk area and Wi-Fi. The property can host families and groups of up to 6 individuals. The property is close to the HS2 development and various other developments in the local space.
