Beautiful city views, excellent facilities, clean tidy rooms. Only issue I have was the Smart TV was buggy and slow especially screen sharing, but everything else was perfect. I have stayed here twice in the past, and would again in future.

The staff were helpful and friendly however the room and hotel in general was tired, the bathroom was not clean needing clumps of hair to be cleaned away. The carpet was stained and the decor ceiling was chipped. For the price for a night and from the pictures provided my expectations were not met sadly.

Staff on the front desk really kind and helpful - I cannot fault the staff. I booked the hotel so I could use the gym for a business trip but there was no gym currently going through a refurb - room was nice just flickering light bulbs in the room and kitchen area - just in need of some TLC really - would stay again just only when the gym is re-vamped.

Large room and comfy bed. Hotel as a whole is due a renovation or the rooms at least. Room felt quite grotty and really needed a deep clean. Hairs in shower and on bathroom door, mold and general grime in bathroom. Lots of chips, scuffs, marks all over the room. Expected a lot more from a radisson. Linen on bed was itchy and had a strange smell as well as the room and the towels. We only stayed for 1 night thankfully. Good location and comfy bed but that’s about it, save your money and stay somewhere else. They also take a £50 damage deposit

Stayed here a few years ago whilst at work, but it's now showing signs of distress. The bathroom door hinges had worn out, made a horrible noise when opening/closing it and the aircon fan was rattly even on the lowest fan speed. The bath had hairs in it from the previous occupant too which wasn't nice to see. On the plus side, the bedroom is of a good size with a really comfortable bed ensuring you get a good nights sleep.
