"Very very dated! Needs complete overhaul, or to be sold to new owner. Creaky doors and floorboards everywhere. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. No lift. A long walk to get to our room, so not good for people who have poorer mobility. The reception staff were pleasant."

"Breakfast staff deserve a medal coping with the understaffing. The orange juice is just squash. Nice poached egg available if you ask though. Good sausage and mushrooms. too. The waiting staff are lovely unlike the cold, unfriendly receptionists who should work at a GP’s! The grounds were picturesque ..."
