Bath tub was bad. Dark brown towels and wash cloths to hide dirt. Rust stains, bad water temperature control. I had to stand outside in 20F weather and call to "check in".

Yard needs upkeep and trash can outside was full! A little raking and trash pickup would solve that problem! Bedrooms were cold and living room was hot even closing the living room vents to push warm air into the bedrooms was unsuccessful! Coffee pots are not in good working condition and dog hair ...
