The house is lovely, super cozy, easy to find and a really nice slef-contained space for couple. even though there is no stove, the electric pan and hot plate were more than enough. The span bath is really nice.However, we did have some issues with the amenities. We were not provided enough material to light up a fire and when we raised it with the company that manages this rental, it took them over 12 hours to get back to us (this is the blue mountains in winter, we needed fire), they first deny that we did not have what was needed and we had to send pictiures proving we didn't. We also requested 2 hours of late check-out as a way to make up for all the time and stress that it took us to try to get kindling and news paper ourselves, light the fire, deal with a freezing weather the first and second nights, it took several emails until kindly one of the people form the company agreed to our request and provided us with 1 extra hour of late check-out, which we are thankful for.The aircon even though provided some relief from the cold on the last day and night, it's not strong enough to heat the whole palce properly, plus i'ts too high up in a triangular ceiling which makes the little amount of hot air coming out of it, go straing up and reducing its efficency to warm up the place.
